Saudi Mobile Telecommunications Co. (Saudi Zain) said the board of directors, in a meeting held on Dec. 15, appointed Mr. Abdulaziz Salem Al Ruwais as a board member (Independent), according to a bourse statement.
This appointment is subject to the approval of the next general meeting.
