The board of Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing approved on Sunday the distribution of cash dividend for FY14 at SAR 126,388,889, or SAR 1 per share (10% of stock par value).
The eligibility of the cash dividend will be for shareholders of record on Tadawul Securities Depository Center on the EGM date to be announce later.
