Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) announced it signed an agreement with France’s RATP Dev for the establishment of a public transport company with SAR 10 million capital.
SAPTCO will own 80% in the subsidiary’s capital, while the French firm will hold the remaining 20%.
The unit, whose capital will be financed by both companies from self sources, will operate in Saudi Arabia’s transport sector.
