The board of Filling & Packing Materials Manufacturing Co. (Fipco) has recommended the distribution of cash dividend for the fiscal year 2014 at SAR 1 per share, or 10% of stock par value, totaling SAR 11.5 million.

The eligibility of the cash distribution will be for shareholders of record till the close of trading on the date of the company’s 26^th general meeting, which will be announced later.
