Dalla Company has announced that Saudi Arabia’s Council of Competition has approved a demand for economic concentration between Dalla Healthcare Services Holding and Dr. Erfan and Bagedo General Hospital (EBGH).

Worth noting, Dalla had previously filed for an acquisition of EBGH with the Council of Competition.
