Solidarity Takaful said it plans to cancel its investment management contract signed with Jadwa on September 2, 2011, according to a bourse statement.

The cancelation, effective as of February 5, 2015, has no relevant financial impact on the company.

Solidarity said it seeks to conclude a contract with another firm.
