Al-Rajhi Bank said the ordinary general meeting, held on Sunday, March 1, gave the go-ahead for paying cash dividends for H2-14 at SAR 0.75 per share.

Shareholders of record until the close of trading on the meeting date are eligible for this dividend which will be paid on March 8, according to Tadawul website.

Moreover, shareholders appointed Price Waterhouse and Coopers and KPMG as external auditors.
