Riyadh-Mubasher: The second phase of AXA Cooperative Insurance Company's rights issue will end on March 3. This phase started on March 1.

The unsubscribed shares will be offered to investment institutions which will be invited by lead manager and underwriter Saudi Fransi Capital.

The results of the first and second phases will be announced in the next days.
