Riyadh-Mubasher:  The Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) went into reverse during Tuesday’s mid-day trading, falling 1.08% or 102.39 points to hit the 9,335 level at 1:15pm Mecca time.

More than 198.8 million shares changed hands through nearly 92,000 trades with turnover exceeding SAR 5.6 billion.

The telecom sector was the top advancer, rising 0.85%, followed by the energy and real estate development sectors which added 0.29% and 0.27%, respectively.

Petro Rabigh led the way in gains, rocketing 4.37% to SAR 23.65, while Al-Rajhi Takaful was the biggest decliner, falling 4.71% to SAR 27.8.

Dar Al-Arkan was the most active in terms of traded volume, reaching 38.8 million shares. Knowledge City led in number of trades with 4,447.
