Riyadh-Mubasher: Al Zamil Industrial Investment said its subsidiary Zamil Air Conditioners (ZAC) has signed a contract worth SAR 348 million with Al Fouzan Trading & General Construction Co.

The agreement is to supply top-notch chillers for the Saudi Real Estate Development Co. (Dar Al-Hijrah) project which is owned by the Public Investment Fund in the western region of the kingdom.

The deal is expected to have a positive impact on the company's consolidated financial results at the end of each stage in 2015 and 2016.

The agreement is to supply chillers for 12 months and provide maintenance and support services for 15 years.

The company will start supplying heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) units in the fourth quarter of 2015, and will conclude the supply in the second quarter of 2016.
