Riyadh-Mubasher: Shareholders of Samba Financial Group approved increasing capital from SAR 12 billion to SAR 20 billion, through two-for-three bonus share distribution.

Accordingly, the Saudi bourse has added the bonus shares to shareholders’ portfolios, and Thursday’s fluctuation rate for the stock will be based on a price of SAR 28.25.
