Riyadh-Mubasher: The Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) gained 0.70% or 63.99 points to hit the 9,197 level on Thursday at 11:10am Mecca time.
More than 34.8 million shares were traded through nearly 16,000 transactions at a turnover exceeding SAR 972.6 million.
Samba declined 1.59% to SAR 27.8. The group announced on Thursday that its extraordinary general meeting approved increasing capital from SAR 12 billion to SAR 20 billion, through two-for-three bonus share distribution.
Saudi Hollandi was the best performer, leaping 3.99% to SAR 41.7. Meanwhile, Savola was the worst performer, sliding 7.93% to SAR 71.25.
Dar Al-Arkan was the most active in terms of traded volume, reaching 6.6 million shares. SABIC led by number of trades with 846.
