Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Bank Albilad will hold its extraordinary general meeting on 14 April, to discuss the board’s proposal for paying cash dividend for the fiscal year 2014 at 5% of the stock’s par value, or SAR 0.50 per share, totaling SAR 200 million.

Shareholders will also look into raising capital by 25% from SAR 4 billion to SAR 5 billion, though one-for-four bonus share distribution.
