Riyadh-Mubasher: Yanbu Cement shareholders gave the go-ahead for paying cash dividends for the second half of 2014 at SAR 2.5 per share.

The payment date will be unveiled later.

In addition, shareholders approved paying the board remunerations for 2014 at SAR 200,000, totaling SAR 2.2 million.
