Riyadh-Mubasher: Shareholders of Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) approved the board’s proposal for paying cash dividends for the second half of 2014 at 5% of the stock’s par value, or SAR 0.50 per share, totalling SAR 602.7 million.

The eligibly for the dividends is for shareholders of record on 15 April.

The dividends will be paid on 3 May.

The bank paid cash dividends on 12 August for H1-14 at SAR 0.45 a share, totalling SAR 542.4 million.

Accordingly, FY14 dividends totalled SAR 1.15 billion, or SAR 0.95 a share.
