Riyadh – Mubasher: City Cement Co. posted 3.6% growth in Q1 net profits to SAR 67.6 million, from SAR 65.3 million in the same period a year earlier.

The profit rise was fueled by higher sales, despite increased cost of sales as well as administrative and general expenses, the company said in a bourse filing Thursday.
