Riyadh-Mubasher:  United Assurance made SAR 6.59 million in net earnings during the first quarter of 2015, soaring 186.73% compared with SAR 2.3 million a year ago.

The company sustained SAR 60.45 million losses in the previous quarter.

The profit growth was boosted by an increase in the surplus of insurance transactions less returns of policyholders’ investments, in addition to a decrease in incurred claims and low general and administrative expenses, the company said.
