Riyadh-Mubasher: Red Sea Housing posted a 31% fall in its first-quarter net income to SAR 30 million, compared with SAR 43.5 million a year earlier, due to high sales costs and low revenues from selling residential units.

However, the earnings grew 2.39% quarter-on-quarter from SAR 29.3 million, boosted by a decline in operating expenses.
