Riyadh-Mubasher: Herfy Food Services said its general meeting, held on Tuesday, approved cash dividends for the second half of 2014 at 16% of capital, or SAR 1.6 a share, totalling SAR 74 million.

Shareholders of record on 28 April are eligible for the dividends.

The payment date will be announced later.
