Riyadh-Mubasher: The board of Saudi Cement Co. recommended cash dividends for the first half of 2015 at 30% of the stock's par value, or SAR 3 a share, totalling SAR 459 million.

The dividends will be paid on 9 July, to shareholders of record on 30 June.
