Businessman Ramy Lakah has acquired assets of Air Memphis in a $5million worth of deal, of which $1.5 million have been paid, said an official source at Ministry of Aviation.

Air Memphis owns two charter aircraft, but the local economic recession led to the company’s distress, the source told Al Mal gazette.
