Winter Valley Tourism Investment Co. announced it would hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Thursday, February 27 to look into increasing capital, in light of the company’s liabilities, by a total value of JOD 2.402 million.
The capital increase will be carried out through issuing 5.588 million shares at JOD 1 par value, minus issue premium at 570 fils each.
The board will have the right to cover unsubscribed share as per applicable rules.
