Winter Valley Tourism Investment Co. said the general meeting approved last Thursday increasing capital by JOD 2.403 million through issuing 5.588 million shares at the stock’s par value of JOD 1 excluding the issue premium of 570 fils. Thus, the shares will be offered at 430 fils each.
