Accumulator manufacturer "Assad" has announced the implementation of its capital partnership agreement with The Abraaj Group as decided by its extraordinary general meeting dated June 18, 2014 and after obtaining permission of the competent authorities, African manager website reported.

According to a statement from the Tunisian company, the agreement provides for the injection by Abraaj of 25 million dinars in the form of convertible bonds to allow the Assad Group to continue its international expansion already started successfully in Algeria and finance in the best condition its investment program planned for 2014-2018.
