Jordan Petroleum Refinery Co announced that the company’s profits increased by 35.98% to JOD 16.07 million during the first half of 2014 compared with JOD 11.82 million during the same period of 2013.

Earnings per share rose to JOD 0.32 in H1-14 against JOD 0.30 in H1-13.

The company’s financial statement showed that commercial profits declined by 54.05% to JOD 8.7 million in the first half this year compared with JOD 19 million in the same period last year.

It is worth mentioning that the company’s profits had increased by 41.64% to JOD 7.87 million in the first quarter of 2014 compared with JOD 5.56 million in the same quarter of 2013.
