Jordan bourse started the week trading in the red hurt by services and industrials sectors.
The benchmark index shed 0.10% losing 2.12 points and closed at 2120.09 points.
At the sectors level, the industry sector declined by 0.75% and the services sector shed 0.03% while the financial sector rose by 0.06%.
Total of 9.11 million shares were traded through 2921 transactions at a turnover of JOD 8.98 million.
The top three gainers were, the Taameer Jordan Holdings Public Shareholding Company by 7.14%, International Cards Company by 5.41% and Jordan Wood Industries / Jwico by 4.49%.
The top three losers were, The United Insurance by 6.92%, Alshamekha For Realestate And Financial Investments by 5.00% and Middle East Diversified Investment by 4.50%.
The benchmark index had increased at the last week’s session close by 0.06% or 1.27 points to end at 2122.13 points.
