Bahrain-Mubasher: Bahrain Duty Free Shop Complex Co. said its ordinary general meeting, held on 9 March, approved cash dividend at 50% of capital, or 50 fils per share, totaling BHD 5.34 million.

During Monday's meeting, shareholders also gave the go-ahead for distributing 10.7 million bonus shares at a total value of BHD 1.07 million. Thus, the company's capital will be raised to BHD 11.76 million.

The company had paid cash dividend at 20 fils per share for the first half of 2014.

 FY14 net earnings reached BHD 8.55 million ($22.54 million), compared with BHD 6.4 million ($16.99 million) a year earlier.
