Riyadh-Mubasher: The fluctuation limits of Arabia Insurance will be based on a share price of SAR 13.80 on Wednesday.

Shareholders approved raising capital by 100% from SAR 200 million to SAR 400 million, through offering 20 million rights issue shares, at SAR 10 each.

The priority rights will be deposited into investors' portfolios on 12 April.
