Riyadh-Mubasher: Arabia Insurance on Thursday will pay SAR 8.4 million in compensation to shareholders who have not exercised their right to participate in the rights issue, as well as holders of fractional shares, said AlJazira Capital, the offering’s lead manager.

The insurer’s rights issue was 82.70% covered, as 16.5 million shares were purchased at a total value of SAR 165.4 million.
