Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: International Fish Farming Holding Co. (Asmak) reported soaring net profits by 743% to AED 90.6 million ($24.7 million) in the first half of 2015, up from AED 10.75 million ($2.93 million) in the same period in 2014.
At the level of the second quarter, Asmak’s net profits stood at AED 81.32 million, registering a leap of 792.4% from AED 9 million in Q2-14, according a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Thursday.
The fish farming firm previously posted a net profit of AED 9.268 million in Q1-15 compared to AED 1.634 million in the same period in 2014.
