City Group held its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday and agreed on the board’s recommendation to voluntary withdraw from the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE).

Also, Kuwait Packing Materials Manufacturing’s EGM approved the board’s proposal of delisting from the Kuwaiti market.

Early August, Packing Materials’ board recommended the withdrawal from KSE, after the Kuwaiti capital market authority asked the company for regularization on back of its capital increase to KWD 10 million, before 15 May 2017.
