Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Aldar Properties announced on Monday the launch of a new residential development located on the iconic Yas Island.

The development named West Yas will see sales beginning 12 September, Abu Dhabi’s leading property developer revealed, adding that the project is “a key component of Aldar’s commitment to create quality, comfortable, and desirable destinations meeting customers’ demand”.

The West Yas is a continuation of Aldar’s Yas project and boasts 1,000 modern villas in one of the most sought-after destinations in the emirate, according CEO Mohammad Al Mubarak.

“This project delivers on our strategy to launch new developments that can drive the completion of Yas Island,” he added.

West Yas buyers will enjoy multiple payment plans, offering flexibility over down payment and instalment schedules, the developer revealed in its statement, adding that the project is “marketed exclusively to UAE nationals”. The company aims to make West Yas will a major community for Emiratis from across the country, enabling them to live and work in the capital.

Residents of West Yas will also enjoy proximity to Yas Mall and the multiple leisure facilities on Yas Island including: Yas Waterworld; Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Marina, Yas Links, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, and food and beverage outlets located in the numerous hotels on the island, Aldar added.
