Mubasher: Jordan Steel posted a profit of JOD423, 800 (about $595, 770) in the first nine months of 2015.

The steel producer had logged JOD1.06 million ($1.49 million) loss in the same period last year, according to a statement by the company published Monday on the bourse’s website.

The company’s financial statements showed an increase in its other income to more than JOD 956, 000 from JOD75, 000 in the same period 2014.

Jordan Steel turned to profitability in the first half of this year reaching JOD 417, 250 (about $587, 100), versus JOD1.13 million ($1.59 million) in the first half of 2014.
