Mubasher: The board members of Al Jazeera Services called on 23 December for holding an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to discuss authorizing the board to negotiate a deal for selling its entire stake in Al Anwar Ceramics Tiles, according to a bourse statement.

The board stake represents 36.99% or 109.571 million shares, at a price not less than 300 baisa each.

Al Jazeera noted that the board will endeavor to achieve the best price possible.
