Riyadh-Mubasher: Anaam International Group has completed the due diligence for its rights issue, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

It added that the capital increase documents are being prepared by financial advisor Aldukheil Financial Group, to be submitted to the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

The board earlier proposed raising capital through offering rights issue shares worth SAR 110 million.
