Mubasher: The National Bank's (TNB) board recommended cash dividends at 5% of capital, subject to the approval of competent authorities.

The board also reviewed financial statements for the fiscal year 2015.

The lender posted earnings of $4.32 for the first nine months of 2015, compared with $3.65 million in the year-ago period.
