Mubasher: Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation said its board recommended cash dividends at 3% or JOD 3.33 million of its capital reaching JOD 10 million.

The ordinary and extraordinary general meetings will be held on 27 March, to discuss the cash dividend recommendation and annual financial statements.

The company posted net earnings of JOD 275,980 ($388,020) for the first nine months of 2015, compared with JOD 247,560 ($348,070) in the year-earlier period.
