Cairo – Mubasher: The board of Alexandria Medical Services invited the ordinary and extraordinary general meetings to convene on 21 March.  

Shareholders will consider increasing issued capital to EGP 53.23 million from EGP 48.4 million, through distributing 605,000 bonus shares worth EGP 53.23 million at EGP 8 par value each.

The ordinary general meeting will look into raising the issued capital through distributing cash dividends at 1-to-10 shares for the period ended in 31 December 2015.

The amendment of articles no. 6&7 will be studied as well.
