Riyadh-Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) decided to put the stock of Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. on halt as of Sunday, 28 February until the company releases financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2015.

 The stock suspension was due to the fact that the paper manufacturer failed to post the annual financials during the period specified in the listing regulations.

The company announced on Thursday its failure to release the annual financials as the auditing process was not completed.
