Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Moltaqa Investments said shareholders of record until 8 June 2016 would be entitled to its bonus shares at 1-for-4 that will distributed on 9 June, a bourse statement indicated.  

By adding EGP 49.48 million, the company will thus raise its capital from EGP 197.93 million to EGP 247.42 million financed from earnings retained by the end of 2015.

The company is capitalized at EGP 197.94 million, distributed over 19.79 million shares at a par value of EGP 10 each.

In the first quarter of 2016, its profits jumped 65.5% year-over-year to EGP26.69 million ($3 million) from EGP16.13 million.

In 2015, the company earned EGP87.27 million compared with EGP39.58 million a year earlier.
