Dubai-Mubasher: A.M. Best has affirmed Dubai Insurance Company’s (DIC) financial strength rating and the issuer credit rating at ‘bbb+’ and ‘B++’ respectively, with a ‘Positive’ outlook for each rating.

These ratings have reflected the company’s excellent technical performance, very strong risk-adjusted capitalization, and the improving enterprise risk management (ERM).

“DIC’s approach to ERM has improved notably over the past two years,” the rating agency said.
