Cairo – Mubasher: Genial Tours’ shareholders will convene on 30 June 2016 to look into hiking the company’s capital through bonus share distribution, according to a bourse filing.

The company plans to distribute 0.58-for-1 bonus share at a total value of EGP 1.74 million.

In this context, the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will consider adjusting articles no. six and seven of the memorandum with the new top-up.

On last Tuesday, the Egyptian Exchange gave Genial Tours the go-ahead to increase capital by EGP 3 million to EGP 4.79 million.
