Kuwait – Mubasher: The Securities House said that its stock will resume trading starting from Sunday, 31 July, according to a bourse statement issued Thursday.

The KSE-listed firm has reduced its capital to KWD 48 million from KWD 68 million, as well as approving cash dividends worth KWD 4.25 million. Thus, the shareholders’ equity is decreased by the same value of the cash reduction.

Securities House stock was last traded on 12 June when it fell by 1.8% to 55 fils.
