Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will witness the dividends distribution of four Saudi companies at a value of SAR 1.54 billion ($409.4 million) between 14 and 18 August.
The Saudi National Commercial Bank (NCB) will distribute cash dividends for the first half of 2016 at SAR 0.60 per share, totalling SAR 1.2 billion on 17 August.
NCK acquires 78% of the coming distributions during the week, according to a statistics by Mubasher.
City Cement gave the green light to paying out cash dividends for H1-16 at SAR 0.75 a share, totalling SAR 141.9 million on 15 August.
Moreover, the first stage of subscription period of Wataniya Insurance's capital hike will end on 18 August.
The company will double its capital from SAR 100 million to SAR 200 million.
The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co. (Shaker) will discuss forming a review board for the new session on Tuesday 16 August.
