Mubasher: Oman Flour Mills Company said Tuesday that its extraordinary and annual general meeting (EGM – AGM) will be held on 28 September.

The AGM will discuss a recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 45% of the paid up capital or 44 baisas per share for the fiscal year ended on 30 June 2016, in addition to the board of directors and auditor’s reports on the year.

Meanwhile, the EGM will consider a proposal to amend the Article (17) and (18) of the company’s articles of association, according to a bourse filing.

The company’s annual profit grew by 57.7% to OMR 12.93 million in fiscal 2015, compared to OMR 8.2 million in FY14.
