Riyadh-Mubasher: Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker said it will distribute dividends of SAR0.75 per share for the first nine months of 2016.

The company will start distributing the dividends as of 23 November 2016.

Shaker reported a decline of 95% in net profits for the third quarter of 2016 as it reached SAR 2.36 million down from SAR 46.2 million a year earlier.
