Mubasher: Oman Flour Mills Company said Wednesday that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gulf Japan Food Fund, IFFCO Group and Ise Foods to establish the largest table-egg company in Oman

The green field table egg farm is planned to be established in the Wilayat of Ibri with a target production capacity up to 360 million eggs per year using Japanese technology, according to a bourse statement.

The MOU also includes negotiations for acquisition of Oman Flour Mills’ stake in Modern Poultry Farms.
