Cairo – Mubasher: Cleopatra Hospital has signed a cooperation protocol with the Egyptian Ministry of Health at EGP 1.8 million, a bourse statement revealed on Tuesday.
By this protocol, Cleopatra will boost health care services in the New Valley Governorate’s general hospitals of El Kharga and Dakhla.
Earlier, the company submitted a tender offer to buy 47.283% of Cairo Medical Centre shares, 1.27 million shares at EGP 110 each.
In the third quarter, the company earned EGP 22.1 million during the third quarter of 2016, higher 31.9% year-on-year from EGP 16.7 million, taking minority rights into consideration, the consolidated results revealed.
Over the first nine months, consolidated earnings increased by 13.4% year-on-year to EGP 52.8 million from EGP 46.6 million.
