Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Public Transport (SAPTCO) said its shareholders will meet on Monday, 27 March, to discuss 55% cash dividends, or SAR 0.50 per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse filing.

Total proposed dividend payout will amount to SAR 62.5 million for FY16. 

The company’s capital amounts to SAR 1.25 billion, distributed on 125 million shares at SAR 10 per share.
