Mubasher: Oman Investment and Finance Company’s (OIFC) ordinary general meeting (OGM) will take place on 28 March to discuss the distribution of dividends for the past year, according to a company statement.

The board recommended distributing 16 baisas per share in cash dividends for last year, equivalent to 16% of the company’s capital.

OIFC capital amounts to OMR 20 million distributed on 200 million shares with nominal value OMR 0.1 per share.
